APPLICATION PROCEDURES
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Complete the ONLINE APPLICATION on this website. Click on the button below to fill out and application. Complete the form and return it with the enrollment fee. A set time will be arranged for the student and his parents to meet with the administration, at which time policies and procedures will be discussed.
All students are required to have the following forms on file:
Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231) or Signed and Notarized Religious Exemption Form
Certificate of Eye, Ear, and Dental examination.
Signed Records Request Authorization Form (Download, complete and return)
Completed Teacher Recommendations Form (Download, complete and return)
Note: If a student is the recipient of IEP services please remit a copy to the admission director
These forms MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION PAPERS.

All students in Grade 6 and higher must submit a letter of reference from his\her Pastor, youth minister or teacher stating his\her faithfulness and character before admission will be granted.
Living Word Christian Academy insists upon a high standard of performance from its students. Each student is expected to produce to the best of his ability at all times.
All new and transfer students will be expected to take an entrance examination unless otherwise determined by the administration. The student will be placed in the grade level best suited for his continued achievements on the basis of the outcome of the exam. Before any applicant will be considered or any test given, the enrollment fee must be paid.
Students will be notified of the day and time of Entrance Exam testing (if applicable).
