APPLICATION, ENROLLMENT & Book fees

Prices listed below in effect for all families enrolling after January 1st, 2024

TUITON

All families shall be expected to make tuition payments via FACTS Tuition Auto Deduction/Auto Charge (ACH Debit or Credit Card) according to one of the following payment plans:

Payment-in-Full (One Payment): Under this plan the entire amount of tuition is paid on or before August 1st. If you choose to pay yearly tuition in full, you will receive a discount rate of one month’s tuition off of your payment.

Plan Yearly Enrollment Price: $20.00

Semi-Annual (Two payments): Under this plan the entire amount of tuition is divided into two equal payments. The first half will be deducted on or before August 1st, and the second half will be deducted on or before January 2nd.

Plan Yearly Enrollment Price: $20.00

Monthly Payments (Split over 10 Months): Monthly tuition payments will be deducted on the 1st of every month beginning August 1st, and will continue monthly on the 1st of each month through May.

Plan Yearly Enrollment Price: $50.00

TUITION FEE (ALL INCLUSIVE)

The new all inclusive tuition price includes the following:

Activity Fee is a fee that covers field trips.
FACTS Family Portal Fee
A 8x10 sheet of pictures during the fall yearbook photos
A Yearbook
Transcript request

ENROLLMENT FEE

Enrollment Fees are non-refundable

MATRICULATION FEE

The matriculation fee includes books, curriculum, and other related items. Matriculation fees paid after June 1 will be an additional $50

PLEASE NOTE: All families enrolling in Living Word Christian Academy must choose a Monthly Tuition Payment Plan and pay via Auto Deduction/Auto Charge. No cash, checks or money orders will be accepted in the school office.

All fees must be paid in order for your child to begin school on their first day.

Please note that LWCA does not we accept cash, check or money order payments.

Payments must be made via the FACTS Portal through ACH or debit/credit card.

MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNT

*Families with more than 4 children will pay half the cost of tuition for each child after the fourth. The cost of the tuition will revert back to the first child column and, depending the child’s grade level, would be half the amount listed for that grade.
